John Hoang is physician assistant specialist in vein care. He specializes in varicose vein ablation (EVLT, RFA, Varithena), CPR, venipuncture, intravenous infusions, obtaining and interpretation of EKGs, incision and drainage, aseptic and isolation techniques, collection of cultures, placement of catheters, wound care and dressing, splinting, sutures, surgery pre-op/post-op, clinic outpatient surgery, sclerotherapy, micro phlebectomy, wound care.

He is an expert in using the latest cutting-edge technology to perform advanced, minimally invasive procedures to treat venous disorders including spider veins and varicose veins. Vein treatments include sclerotherapy, radio frequency ablation (RFA) vein closure, Venaseal™ vein closure and laser vein closure. Through his care, patients who have venous disorders are able to achieve optimal results with very minimal downtime. 


John Hoang is also U.S Navy Veteran with active duty from 2002-2010. He served as Fleet Marine Force Hospital Corpsman, U.S Navy, 1st Marine Div 3rd Battalion (1150 personnel); Camp Pendleton, CA – 2008-2010 Assisting in prevention and treatment of diseases and injuries, administering immunizations programs. Rendering emergency medical treatment during deployment and in the State. Instructing marines in first aid, self-aid and personal hygiene procedure. Assisting Medical Officer to conduct physical examination. Responsible for the battalion medical record up to date.


He also acted as Medical Financial Specialist, Directive Nursing Service (DNS); Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA – 2006-2007 Responsible for the department budget each fiscal year (250K) which included research the cost, quality of all medical equipment, medical supplies, administrative supplies have been proposed to purchase. Responsible directly to the Department Head for the department spending and assisting in prevention of wasting money.
